Lizgo ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address
• Display name
• Profile avatar (emoji selection or photo)
• Authentication credentials (managed securely through Firebase Authentication, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In)

Location Data: We collect location information that you choose to save:

• Coordinates of pins you create
• Addresses and place names you save
• We do not track your real-time location or location history

User Content: We store content you create within the app:

• Boards and their names
• Pins with associated details (titles, notes, categories, business information)
• Activity history showing board contributions

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Lizgo service
• To enable collaboration features and board sharing
• To sync your data across devices
• To display contributor information to board collaborators
• To improve and optimize the app experience

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your data may be shared in the following limited circumstances:

• Board Collaborators: When you share a board, collaborators can see your display name, avatar, and contributions to that board
• Service Providers: We use Firebase (Google Cloud) to store and process data securely
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

Your Rights and Choices

• Access and Edit: You can view and edit your profile information within the app
• Delete Content: You can delete pins, boards, and notes at any time
• Delete Account: You can delete your account entirely from the Profile tab, which removes all your personal data
• Board Privacy: You can set boards as private to limit visibility

Children's Privacy

Lizgo is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the effective date.
